Spectranet Limited is marking Customer Service Week 2026 with a renewed focus on customer experience, unveiling a redesigned website while accelerating the expansion and optimisation of its Home Fiber broadband service.

The company is joining organisations across Nigeria and around the world in observing this year's Customer Service Week, which runs from October 5 to 9 under the theme “The Extra Mile.”

As part of the company's latest customer-focused push, Spectranet has launched an updated version of its website, designed to make it easier for subscribers to explore services, manage their accounts and access customer support.

The company's current digital platform also provides customers with access to plan purchases, payments, account management, support and coverage checks, reflecting its wider shift towards more convenient self-service options.

A major part of the company's strategy is the continued development of Spectranet Home Fiber, its fibre-to-the-home service aimed at households that require reliable connectivity for work, entertainment, education and other online activities.

Spectranet currently advertises Home Fiber plans with unlimited data and speeds ranging from entry-level packages to offerings of up to 200 Mbps, with availability dependent on coverage. Its website lists Home Fiber services in selected areas of Lagos and Abuja.

The company said its approach to customer service goes beyond responding to complaints after they occur. It wants improvements in network performance, payments, digital platforms and customer support to form part of a more seamless experience for subscribers.

Spectranet Chief Operating Officer, Sumit Gambhir, said reliable connectivity remains central to delivering a better customer experience, particularly as more Nigerian households depend on internet services for remote work, online learning, streaming and smart-home activities.

The company is also highlighting improvements to its payment channels, with the aim of making subscriptions and renewals more convenient for customers.

Spectranet's existing customer-service framework provides round-the-clock helpline support as well as online account management, while its digital platforms allow customers to purchase plans, monitor usage and make payments.

The company is further promoting customer offers and other benefits during the Customer Service Week campaign, including its Double Your Data (DYD) promotion and a free night-browsing offer highlighted in its latest announcement.

Spectranet said the initiative is part of a broader effort to give existing and prospective customers more value as the company enters the next phase of its 15-year journey.

The internet service provider also acknowledged the role of its employees in delivering customer service, stressing that the quality of the customer experience depends not only on frontline support staff but also on the teams responsible for network infrastructure, technology and other operations.

Customer Service Week 2026 provides the backdrop for the company to highlight those efforts, but Spectranet said its goal is to make improved service a continuous part of its operations rather than something limited to the annual celebration.

Founded as one of Nigeria's early broadband providers, Spectranet currently offers 4G LTE, Home Fiber, Fiber on Air and enterprise connectivity services. Its website describes the company as Nigeria's first 4G LTE network and lists broadband coverage across Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Port Harcourt and other locations.

With its redesigned digital platform and continued investment in fibre connectivity, Spectranet is positioning customer convenience and reliable broadband access as key parts of its next stage of growth.
