Speaking in an exclusive interview with TalkNaijaMedia, the DG described the Tinubu Support Group as the mother of all other support groups working for the re-election of President Tinubu, noting that its core mandate remains clear and unwavering - to ensure that President Tinubu emerges victorious in 2027.

According to him, while many support groups have sprung up across the country in support of the President's second-term ambition, TSG stands out as the umbrella body providing leadership, structure and direction for the entire support movement. He stressed that the group is not just another support group, but the coordinating platform upon which the President's re-election movement is built.

On the group's grassroots strategy in Kogi State, the DG revealed that TSG has mapped out a comprehensive plan to establish a formidable presence in all 21 Local Government Areas and 239 political wards of the state. He explained that the approach will be people-driven, anchored on direct engagement with the grassroots and carrying the people along in all TSG programs and activities.

He further emphasized that inclusion is at the heart of TSG's mobilization drive in Kogi. Youths and women, whom he described as critical stakeholders in the political process, have been deliberately structured into the group's programs through empowerment initiatives. He added that persons with disabilities will also be carried along, ensuring that the TSG movement in Kogi is truly all-inclusive and reflective of the diversity of the state.

As the political atmosphere gradually builds towards 2027, the DG said his strategy to consolidate support for President Tinubu in Kogi is simple - to continuously showcase the achievements of the administration. He noted that what President Tinubu has done so far is a clear testament to what he will do even more when re-elected for a second term.

He acknowledged that challenges are inevitable in any political movement, especially as the 2027 elections draw closer, but expressed confidence in the capacity of the group to confront and overcome them as they arise.

The DG therefore called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), lovers of President Tinubu, and all well-meaning Kogites to rally behind the Tinubu Support Group to ensure the state delivers massively for the President in 2027.
